Shipping Information

We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday, 9AM-1PM Mountain Standard Time. Orders placed after 1pm MST will be processed the following business day. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class (3-7 business days), Priority (2-4 business days), and Express (1-2 business days). We ship to the 48 continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. For exact transit times, please visit the USPS website and select "Transit Times." Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delivery guarantees. In the event a package is delivered after a promised delivery date, please contact USPS to request a refund since the delivery date was created by USPS. Shipping labels are created with the information put in by the customer and are not altered or modified. Therefore, we are not responsible for missed delivery dates or undeliverable packages because of wrong addresses. 

We ship to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS.
